All-Inclusive Wedding Packages

Photography may be added for an additional fee to any of these packages, or you are welcome to use the photographer of your choice.

All wedding packages can be customized by deducting things you do not need or adding things to further compliment it. If you find yourself removing more than two items, ask Regina to create a custom wedding package instead.

Only one wedding is scheduled each day. You and your bridal party may have access to the dressing rooms as early as 9am. All other guests may enter one hour prior to your reservation start time. This is also the time we guarantee your privacy (no other venue tours, bridal meetings, or outside visitors allowed during your reservation time.)

Couples who reserve the entire day have exclusive privacy. No other events, tours, or outside visitors are permitted at any time that day.

Country Sugar
(Recommended guest count 15 to 30)

includes:

• Two hours of venue time
• Tour and drop off time for wedding items on a day prior to wedding
• Ceremony director to create itinerary, arrange and direct the wedding party, and play your ceremony music on our Bose mp3 player
• Your choice of ceremony location, with back-up areas in case of rain
• Beautiful decorations already in place, along with our gardens and landscaping
• Seating, tables, and linens included (choice of white, brown, or black)
• Wedding Officiant to perform ceremony and file your license
• $175 credit at From the Heart Florist for bouquets
• Two tier wedding cake to serve up to 15 guests, with your input on design and flavors
• Tea, lemonade, bottled water, all set-up, serving, and clean-up
• Add a fee per person for guest counts above 15, with a maximum of 30
• Regina’s photography may be added or use your own wedding photographer

Country Style
(Recommended guest count 30 to 50)

includes:

• Three hours of venue time
• Tour and drop off time for wedding items on a day prior to wedding
• Ceremony director to create itinerary, arrange and direct the wedding party, and coordinate with your vendors
• Your choice of ceremony location, with back-up areas in case of rain
• Beautiful decorations already in place, along with our gardens and landscaping
• Seating, tables, and linens included (choice of white, brown, or black)
• Wedding Officiant to perform ceremony and file your license
• $350 credit at From the Heart Florist for bouquets
• Two tier wedding cake to serve 30 guests, with your input on design and flavors
• BBQ reception by Corky’s for 30 guests, including pulled pork or chicken, baked beans, potato salad, cole slaw, tea, lemonade, bottled water, all set-up, serving, and clean-up
• Add a fee per person for guest counts above 30, with a maximum of 50
• Guest counts up to 100 accepted for this package with addition of more venue time
• DJ for ceremony through exit time for your musical entertainment and announcements
• Regina’s photography may be added or use your own wedding photographer

Country Charm
(Recommended guest count 50 to 75)

includes:

• Five hours of venue time
• One Hour Rehearsal on a day prior to wedding
• Ceremony director to create itinerary, arrange and direct the wedding party, and coordinate with your vendors
• Your choice of ceremony location, with back-up areas in case of rain
• Beautiful decorations already in place, along with our gardens and landscaping
• Seating, tables, and linens included (choice of white, brown, or black)
• Wedding Officiant to perform ceremony and file your license
• $500 credit at From the Heart Florist for bouquets
• Three tier wedding cake to serve 50 guests, with your input on design and flavors by Chef Tony Catering
• Buffet style reception for 50 guests by the famous Chef Tony Catering
• Add a fee per person for guest counts above 50, with a maximum of 75
• Guest counts up to 100 accepted for this package by upgrading to the day rate
• DJ for ceremony through exit time for your musical entertainment and announcements
• Regina’s photography may be added or use your own wedding photographer

The Perfect Wedding
(Recommended guest count 75 to 100)

includes:

• Day access, 8am until dark
• Full one-hour rehearsal on a day prior to wedding
• Ceremony director to create itinerary, arrange and direct the wedding party, and coordinate with your vendors
• Your choice of ceremony location, with back-up areas in case of rain
• Beautiful decorations already in place, along with our gardens and landscaping
• Seating, tables, and linens included (choice of white, brown, or black)
• Wedding Officiant to perform ceremony and file your license
• $500 credit at From the Heart Florist for bouquets
• Three tier wedding cake to serve 100 guests, with your input on design and flavors by Chef Tony Catering
• Buffet style reception for 100 guests by the famous Chef Tony Catering
• You may deduct a fee per person for guest counts less than 100
• DJ for ceremony through exit time for your musical entertainment and announcements
• Regina’s photography may be added or use your own wedding photographer
