Starkey's is one of the few remaining cabins in the Smoky Mountains that is entirely secluded. Regina's Aunt is the nearest neighbor half a mile away, and her house borders the Smoky Mountains National Park. A mountain stream follows the woodland just across from the cabin, and Regina often uses this area for wedding photographs. No permit is required for these beautiful mountain scenes, as they are located on
private property.
