I want to do everything myself

This is the most economical way to reserve your destination wedding, because the more you can do for yourself, the more you will save. You are welcome to use all the vendors of your choice including caterers, florists, DJ’s, bartenders, and photographers. We can also add on any of these services to make your wedding package complete.
Venue rental includes access to the following:
• Two dressing rooms upstairs, each with their own private restroom • Chapel upstairs, seating up to 55 guests (one of our back up rain plans) • Reception area downstairs, accommodating up to 100 guests (also used for ceremonies in case of rain) • Downstairs restroom in reception area • Seating, tables, and table cloths for up to 100 guests • Outdoor ceremony location, seating up to 125 guests • Access to balcony stairs, where the bride can make her grand entrance • Picnic pavilion, accommodating up to 20 seated guests for ceremony or use as dance floor for up to 40 guests. • Horse Shoes and Corn Hole Games • Hand-made barn wood frames by “Uncle Bill” (priced separately)

I Want a Venue Rental with Photography
|

Over 90% of our brides choose this option. The number one reason brides come to us from all over the U.S. is for our creative style of photography. We are one of the only venues in our area with a true professional, dedicated to our art and craft.
You are still welcome to use all your own vendors including caterers, florists, DJ’s, bartenders, or do it yourself. If you need help finding vendors, simply ask. If you want pricing on all-inclusive packages, go back and choose “I want a package with it ALL”
This option includes:
• Minister’s services (Deduct $100 if you have your own) • Wedding director to seat guests, direct the wedding party, play ceremony music, and announce events • Professional photographer with over ten years’ experience in creative lighting, posing, and graphic design (not to mention a few national awards and the title of Master Photographer with PPA…) • Full coverage photography including getting ready, ceremony, family, wedding party, reception (if applicable,) and bride and groom in as many unique locations as time allows. Hourly Reservations with Photography:
Thirty minutes
Access prior to reservation time: 15 minutes (to get dressed, etc.) Approximate Number of images on disk: 50 to 75
This option is great for couples or for a guest count of ten or less. Basically enough time for the ceremony and a few creative images afterward. This option does not include enough time for photography with our horses.
One Hour
Access prior to reservation time: 15 minutes (to get dressed, etc.) Approximate Number of images on disk: 75 to 150
For intimate weddings of 25 or less without a reception.
One and one half Hour
Access prior to reservation time: 30 minutes (to get dressed, etc.) Approximate number of images on disk: 150 to 200
For intimate weddings of 25 or less / minimum requirement for photography with horses
Two Hours
Access prior to reservation time: 30 minutes (to get dressed, etc.) Approximate number of Images on disk: 200 to 250 For weddings with 25 to 50 guests, and brides who wants more time for our creative style of photography. Bring a cake, or even some light snacks for your guests to enjoy.
Three Hours
Access prior to reservation time: 30 minutes (to get dressed, put out food, etc.) Approximate number of images on disk: 250 to 300
For weddings of 50 guests or less who want time for photography and a small reception, too. Bring your own food or use the vendor of your choice. We have all the seating and tables you’ll need.
Four Hours
Access prior to reservation time: 1 hour (To get dressed, decorate, put out food) Approximate number of images on disk: 300+
Perfect for weddings up to 75 guests who want more merriment, more photography, and time for the guests to enjoy themselves. This is one of our most popular reservations.
Six Hours
For guest counts of 100 or less Access from 8am to dusk Full one hour rehearsal day before the wedding Six hours of professional photography, eight hours of staff time Approximate number of images on disk: 500+ One Signature Art Photography design by Master Photographer, Regina Starkey
For brides who want to include all the traditional events… dancing, bouquet toss, toasting, feasting, and plenty of play. No other weddings are scheduled for the day; it’s all yours!

Regina’s famous Signature Art Design (This is an art piece created with two to three wedding images, or a completely designed themed portrait after a consultation with the bride and groom)

These packages were created from listening to seven years of our brides’ requests. Any package can be modified to fit your needs. I want Photography Only

In addition to award-winning wedding photography, we also photograph children, families, and high school seniors.
Many high school seniors prefer to have their photographs created while they’re on vacation with their family in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. (Great excuse for shopping at one of our many malls, too!) We can provide both indoor studio images with flowing hair, Hollywood black and white styles, or the possibilities are endless with our outdoor portrait sets.
We have antique lanterns and an antique tricycle for our children sets, and also offer digitally hand-painted, barn-wood framed wall portraits for your home.
Session fees are based on location, time, and selection of our Master or staff photographer.
