An All-Inclusive Wedding with Reception for 30 to 50 guests

A step above the “Country Style” wedding package, this package is for couples with smaller guest counts but want a fuller wedding experience.
It allows more time to enjoy our beautiful venue and gives more choices for the reception menu.
Brides who know quality or consider themselves “foodies” demand Chef Tony Catering. We nicknamed him
“The Better than Paula Dean” Chef, and guarantee his recipes will tickle your tastebuds!
30 guest count minimum / 50 guest count maximum

Here’s how we will care for you with this package:

⦁ One hour rehearsal and drop off time for wedding items the day before
⦁ Four hours of venue time for ceremony, photography, and reception
⦁ Bridal party has access to dressing areas any time after 9am
⦁ Guests have access to the venue one hour prior to your reservation start time
⦁ Your choice of ceremony location with a back-up plan for rain (all ceremony sites have seating)
⦁ Wedding officiant to perform ceremony and file your license
⦁ Ceremony director (to seat guests, arrange and direct the wedding party, & coordinate with vendors)
⦁ DJ for ceremony through exit time for music & announcements
⦁ Buffet meal by Chef Tony Catering with a variety of choices for up to 50 guests
⦁ Appetizers or meal upgrades provided for guest counts lower than 50 (Chef Tony has a 50 person minimum, and up to 50 guests are included in this package)
⦁ Wedding cake to serve up to 50 guests by Chef Tony (buttercream or fondant designs)
⦁ Tables, seating and linens (choice of white, chocolate brown or black)
⦁ A $350 credit at the florist (can be removed if you prefer to bring your own flowers, otherwise they’ll work with you and deliver)

By choosing the package with our photographer you would also receive:

⦁ Four hours of photography with attention to posing, lighting, and story-telling (Covers all major events as well as a full hour dedicated to bride and groom images)
⦁ The flash drive of all your wedding photographs with copyright release to print on your own
⦁ Enhancements and creative edits at photographer’s discretion prior to viewing
⦁ On-line viewing site for six months
⦁ Digital download with password for six months
⦁ Video Slideshow (See description below)

What is the video slideshow?

Regina creates a two to three-minute video slideshow of every wedding. This slideshow consists of her favorite images combined with a few three second video clips taken on wedding day.
You will be able to approve this video before it is posted on social media, or request your privacy. The video is included on your flash drive with all your beautiful wedding images.

Upgrades are available to a video story that includes full ceremony coverage, interviews, personal requests, and a more cinematic approach.
Ask Regina for more information. Slideshows are only created if you choose a wedding package with our photography. However, the upgrade to a video story is available any time.

Alcohol Policy:

You are welcome to bring your own alcohol as long as you hire a licensed, insured bar tending service with a wedding package of three hours or more.
