This wedding package with a “mini-reception” keeps the intimacy you desire for up to 30 wedding guests.  It is perfect for couples who want the traditional events of cutting the cake and first dances, but want to get to the honeymoon faster.   There’s plenty of time for getting ready on-site in our dressing areas, a beautiful ceremony, and photography.  There’s just enough reception time for all the meaningful events, allowing you to steal away with your soul mate for some cuddling and honeymoon time before you’re exhausted.  This package will delight your guests in picnic-style fashion with its light food options, a signature of traditional country weddings for generations.  My favorite thing about this package is the sincerity and closeness of the families that typically book it.  I’ve made the best friends from an event such as this one.

A Breakdown of What’s Included in this Package:

  • Scheduled Tour and One hour rehearsal on a day before the wedding
  • Venue access time is 8am until no later than 8pm
  • The most popular time for the ceremony is 4pm in the spring and summer or 3pm in the fall, but it can be scheduled for any time you wish (exit time is always 8pm)
  • Guests are welcome on property one hour prior to your ceremony time
  • Dressing room access for those who need it begins at 8am
  • Our venue may schedule one tour earlier in the day, as long as it doesn’t interfere with your ceremony
  • Coordinators (Regina & her amazing staff) will work with you from start to finish (Planning, arrange and direct the wedding party, create and implement your timeline, coordinate with vendors and hand place any additional décor you bring & break down at the end with smiles, laughter, and making everyone feel at home)
  • Your choice of ceremony location with a back-up plan for rain (all ceremony sites have seating)
  • All ceremony sites have a traditional theme of greenery and white flowers. We will add silk flowers that match your colors as closely as possible
  • Officiant to perform ceremony and file the license (Deduct $150 to use your own)
  • $175 credit at From the Heart Florist for bouquets (Deduct if you prefer to bring your own)
  • Three tier wedding cake with buttercream frosting design
  • Bottled drinks (water and variety of sodas)
  • One vegetable and one fruit tray, and one sandwich tray with chips by 2 Coaches Catering to serve 30 guests
  • Staff to set up and clean up
  • Our reception centerpieces have a theme of greenery and white flowers. We will add silk flowers that match your colors as closely as possible.
  • Choice of white, chocolate brown, or black table linens with burlap table runners
  • DJ for five hours (Deduct $1000 to save money, but there is no mic on the minister, no sound system or help with announcements or playlists)

This wedding package has been a favorite at Honeysuckle Hills for over ten years.  I will go as far as saying it’s the best wedding package we offer, with the perfect guest count for the best over-all experience.   It’s everything you’ll need, true to our southern hospitality and all-inclusive nature.   Begin the day with plenty of time to relax and get ready in our bridal suite (and groom’s room) while we keep things organized and running smoothly.  A first look with your photographer is always recommended, but we won’t force the issue.  (It’s just the best way to be sure you fit in all the amazing areas we have for photos!)  Chef Scott has so many delicious food choices that he usually starts the menu conversation with, “so, what you do like to eat?”  He’ll also help you find a wedding cake, serving everyone with a smile.  Our DJ keeps it lively, the true “icing on the cake!”  Don’t forget your bouquets… Ms. Kris has delighted the hearts of our brides for sixteen years running.  My favorite thing about this package is that it’s festive and I watch more memories made than I can remember myself!

This wedding package is for all you gorgeous folks who can’t keep the guest count down to less than 75 people.  You like a good party… and we’re here to make this a wedding no one will ever forget!  Ask for a snack tray in your dressing room while you’re getting ready… Tell Chef Scott to light up the grill and make everyone’s mouths water when you plan your reception meal with him.  Tell the DJ to add a few games and a line dance or two, or three.  A first look with your photographer is a necessity unless candid photos of your amazing day are more important than a long list of photography sites.  (Remember, we’ve got a LOT of them!)  If you book Single Barrel Events separately for your alcohol, ask them about their “romeo” horse trailer bar.  It sets this kind of wedding off almost as good as that shiny diamond on your finger!    Especially in months like September and October, this package gives more time to enjoy the venue after dark for dancing, the fire pit, and the famous night-time photo of our willow tree with the fairy lights.  My favorite thing about this selection is that it gives families who’ve traveled from all over the United States and beyond plenty of time to catch up and share laughs.  I think it’s the best bang for your buck, too, considering everything that’s included.  This is for the people who want to enjoy, not stress over all the details.

Booking a package with our photographer…

All of the wedding reception packages listed above have a price both with and without our photography.  The price with our photography includes the “Main Events” package described below.  If you love the images you see on our website, blog and social media pages, please know that all images were created by Regina unless specifically indicated. While her photography is not required, it’s one of the biggest reasons couples come to Honeysuckle Hills. She has a portrait-art style and uses off camera lighting and posing to please different body types. The average time she spends with the couple alone is one hour or longer. Please be certain you are willing to invest the time needed for her creative imagery.

We absolutely welcome all outside photographers. Be sure to give any photographer plenty of time here because there are more locations for beautiful pictures than you’ll be able to use.  One of the main things that sets Honeysuckle Hills apart from other venues is the larger selection of scenery and backgrounds. For photographs with our horses running behind you or approaching, we require a copy of your photographer’s insurance listing Honeysuckle Hills as additionally insured.

The Main Events Photography Package

This is the wedding photography package that is included in the package pricing “with photography.”  It includes all the most important events in your wedding, including the creative wedding images of the two of you we’re so well known for.  Each package above has a price both with and without our photography.  If you choose the price that says “with photography,” this is what what our wedding photographer will capture on your wedding day:

• 30 minutes of detail photography and getting ready images.
• Photographs of the ceremony.
• 30 minutes of family group poses.
• One hour of photography for the couple by themselves. (We’ll help you choose locations & experiences to fit in this time frame)
• Cake Cutting event photos.
• First Dance event photos.
• Bouquet and garter event photos.
• Exit photos (sparklers, bubbles, etc.).
• Includes all images in high resolution with copyright release for printing on your own.
• Enhancements and artwork provided exclusively at photographer’s discretion with image delivery.
• Additional enhancements available for a fee.
