WEDDINGS WITH RECEPTIONS

Country Style Wedding Reception – $5,899

An All-Inclusive Wedding with reception for up to 30 people.
Weekday discount – $100 (Wednesday through Friday)
Military/first responder discount – $200

This package has been a traditional favorite at our venue for several years for smaller groups.  Includes food and cake for 30 people who will eat a full plate, but you may add more people to the reception if needed.  This package has an itinerary best for 50 people or fewer.  While Chef Tony can still provide good old-fashioned barbecue for this package, he has an outstanding choice of other items for this wedding reception menu, too.

Here’s how we will care for you with this package:
• Scheduled tour and one hour rehearsal on a day before the wedding.
• Four hours of venue activity time (bridal party access to dressing areas by 8AM, guest access at a specific entry time with exit for all four hours later).
• Upgrade to a full day rental (access 8AM to 10PM for all) for $1,700.
• Your choice of ceremony location with a back-up plan for rain (all ceremony sites have seating).
• Wedding officiant to perform ceremony and file your license (deduct $150 if you have your own).
• Ceremony director (to seat guests, arrange and direct the wedding party, coordinate with vendors and hand place any additional items you bring).
• DJ for ceremony through exit time for music and announcements.
• Barbecue reception by Chef Tony for 30 plates (pulled pork, buns, choice of three sides, tea, lemonade, set up and cleanup).
• Wedding cake to serve 30 people by Chef Tony.
• Add $30 per person for each additional plate of food (and cake).
• Tables, seating and linens (choice of white, chocolate brown or black).
• A $350 credit at the florist for bouquets (can be removed if you prefer to bring your own).
• Alcohol not included, but we happily refer to Single Barrel Events.

Country Style Chic – $8,299

An All-Inclusive Wedding with Reception for up to 50 people.
Weekday discount – $100 (Wednesday through Friday).

A step above the Country Style wedding package, this package is for couples with smaller guest counts but want a fuller wedding experience.  Even if you have fewer than 50 guests, it allows more time to enjoy reception activities, gives more choices for the reception menu and includes a full day rental for all with access from 8AM to 10PM.

• One-hour rehearsal and drop off time for wedding items the day before.
• Access from 8AM to 10PM on wedding day.
• Your choice of ceremony location with a back-up plan for rain (all ceremony sites have seating).
• Wedding officiant to perform ceremony and file your license (deduct $150 if you have your own).
• Ceremony director (to seat guests, arrange and direct the wedding party, coordinate with vendors and hand place any additional items you bring).

• Buffet meal by Chef Tony Catering with a variety of choices for up to 50 plates.
• Appetizers or meal upgrades available for head counts lower than 50 (Chef Tony has a 50 person minimum).

• Add $40 per person for additional plates of food (and cake).
• Tables, seating and linens (choice of white, chocolate brown or black).
• A $350 credit at the florist for bouquets (can be removed if you prefer to bring your own).

Country Charm – $9,450

An All-Inclusive Wedding for 75 people (limited dates available, please inquire).
Absolute maximum capacity of our venue is 100 total people by squeezing everyone in. We seat 75 people comfortably.

This is the blow-out, have fun, party-with-everyone-you-know wedding package!

Photography Packages (Optional)

If you love the images you see on our website, blog and social media pages, please know that all images were created by Regina. While her photography is not required, it’s one of the biggest reasons couples come to Honeysuckle Hills. She has a portrait-art style and uses off camera lighting and posing to please different body types. The average time she spends with the couple alone is one hour or longer. Please be certain you are willing to invest the time needed for her creative imagery.

We absolutely welcome all outside photographers. Be sure to give any photographer plenty of time here, there are more locations for beautiful pictures than you’ll be able to use. For photographs with our horses running behind you or approaching, we require a copy of your photographer’s insurance listing Honeysuckle Hills as additionally insured.

The Couple’s Portrait Hour $799

• One hour of photography for the couple by themselves.
• Time must be spent at one main location (Lower Grounds, Mountain View, or Honeysuckle Falls waterfall off-site).
Each main location includes a variety of scenes to choose from.  For example, the lower grounds has bridges, creek areas, willow tree, gardens & more
• Includes all images in high resolution with copyright release for printing on your own.
• Enhancements and artwork provided exclusively at photographer’s discretion with image delivery.
• Additional enhancements available for a fee.

The Main Events, $2,499

• 30 minutes of detail photography and getting ready images.
• Photographs of the ceremony.
• 30 minutes of family group poses.
• One hour of photography for the couple by themselves.
• Time must be spent at one main location (Lower Grounds, Mountain View, or Honeysuckle Falls waterfall off-site).
Each main location includes a variety of scenes to choose from.  For example, the lower grounds has bridges, creek areas, willow tree, gardens & more
• Cake Cutting event photos.
• First Dance event photos.
• Bouquet and garter event photos.
• Exit photos (sparklers, bubbles, etc.).
• Includes all images in high resolution with copyright release for printing on your own.
• Enhancements and artwork provided exclusively at photographer’s discretion with image delivery.
• Additional enhancements available for a fee.

The Perfect Wedding Photography Package $5,999

• Up to 8 consecutive hours of photography coverage with two photographers.
• Couples photo session can be split between two main locations (Lower Grounds, Mountain View, or Honeysuckle Falls waterfall off-site).
Each main location has a variety of other sites to choose from.
• Includes all images in high resolution with copyright release for printing on your own.
• Enhancements and artwork provided exclusively at photographer’s discretion with image delivery.
• Additional enhancements available for a fee.
• One 12×12” wedding album with graphic design and up to 125 images.
• Two 8×8” wedding album duplicates (mother’s albums).
• Up to four flash drives mailed to different addresses.
