This is the beginning of your wedding journey! I want it to be filled with beautiful memories from start to finish. This is a step-by-step guide describing how to book your wedding here, including our payment schedule and refund policy.

Determine availability of your wedding date by reaching out personally.
For my venue, an online booking calendar isn’t ideal because our packages are highly customized to each couple’s specific needs. To make sure I can give every wedding my full attention, I carefully manage my schedule and limit the number of bookings each week based on the size and time required for each event. Some dates book more quickly than others, depending on the season or unique numerical significance of the date.
Choose a wedding package.
I can’t wait to help you find your perfect wedding package. Our four curated packages are a great starting point. We’ve fine-tuned them over 20 years to reflect our most popular options, but we’re happy to customize them to meet your specific needs. Just let me know what you have in mind! If you have no idea where to start, that’s OK, too. I can ask some key questions to help you find the perfect package.
Sign a Contract.
A signed contract and payment is required to officially book your date. Your contract will specify information related to hosting your wedding at our venue, and your invoice will contain what is included in your wedding package. Please make sure your invoice is correct before making your first payment. (We are all human, after all.)
You’ll receive your contract by email after we’ve verified the availability of your date and narrowed down your selections. Feel free to review your contract and ask questions for up to three days before signing electronically.
Payments and Refund Policy
After signing your contract, we’ll send an invoice for the first ⅓ of your wedding invoice. The next ⅓ payment is due 60 days before your wedding and the balance is due 14 days before the wedding. We prefer not to accept additional payments in advance, nor do we offer a monthly payment plan.
While wedding packages can be modified along the way, they are still subject to our no-refund policy listed below in addition to further clauses in your wedding contract.
IMPORTANT: The wedding market is unique with the timeline in which couples plan and secure dates. All payments are non-refundable, regardless of the reason. Your payments are applied to event planning, maintaining our venue in anticipation of your event, as well as the actual services provided on wedding day.
We are very happy to reschedule your wedding one time based on availability, but there are never any refunds. Please be sure you are comfortable with this policy before signing your contract and making payments.

Nothing makes me smile bigger than the wedding day countdown! Whether you call it “days” or “sleeps” it builds anticipation for one of the best days of your life.
Once your contract is signed and the first payment is made, I’ll schedule all the vendors included in your wedding package. You’ll get a wedding day itinerary which can be modified as needed along the way.
For most of our wedding packages, you’ll get a wedding day checklist to complete about four weeks prior to your wedding. The checklist asks key questions to help me direct your wedding and pull all the loose ends together.

Our venue resource guide is extremely helpful for those times you can’t reach me right away. It includes things like directions, how and where to get your marriage license, vendor & lodging referrals, and area information.
