All-Inclusive Luxury Elopement Package

A luxury elopement at Honeysuckle Hills offers a more relaxing, private wedding experience at a venue abundant with nature, decorated and ready to use with beautiful areas for your ceremony and photography. This package can be described as a photography session with a bonus ceremony. Use the photographer of your choice or add one of our on-site photographers to the base price of your package. Additional, optional amenities like bouquets, cake, hair and makeup may also be added to enrichen your experience. This package is especially appealing for couples who not only want stunning images, but may also want to bring things like favors, a guest book, or other decor to personalize our wedding ready space. The fluid timeline is also much more generous than our mini wedding if you’re planning to do things like read vows to each other privately, add first dances, or cut your wedding cake for photos. As long as these events are completed before dark, there is no strict limitation on how quickly they must be completed.

Your wedding is the only event we’ll book for the day. Let me lessen your worries about who sets up, the rain plan, and finding the perfect photography sites and vendors. This all-inclusive elopement package takes care of everything you need and includes ample time at our farm & garden venue for the ceremony and photography. Its less demanding timeline allows photographers to use more of their imagination. If it rains, we can completely change your itinerary for the best weather conditions or pause until weather clears, only limited by when it gets dark. I’ve spent the past 18 years making Honeysuckle Hills a “photographer’s playground,” and it’s a sincere joy for me to watch all the talented artists work their magic! I provide the canvas, you’re the subject, and your chosen photographer is the brush that paints memories you’ll share for years to come.

Start the day using our dressing areas, followed by a ceremony in the location of your choice. Your included coordinator will set out any light-weight extra décor you bring (such as light weight floral arrangements for an arbor, guest books, favors, signs, or pictures,) as well as direct the ceremony itself. If it’s just you and your sweetheart, we’ll do things like help you zip up your dress and provide calm conversation as we guide you every step of the way. Your photographer is allowed as much time as necessary to capture wedding images, only limited by when it gets dark. Naturally, there is an average time expectation. But if you or your guests are running late or if there are pauses for rainy weather there is no stressful ultimatum on when your venue time is over.

As your hostess and wedding planner, I’m available by email, text, and scheduled phone calls. I respond to all texts and emails within 24 hours because I love what I do. Your happiness means the world to me! Your day of wedding coordinator is likely to be either myself, Sierra, or the lovely Abi, depending on your chosen photographer. We’re all dedicated exclusively to the Honeysuckle Hills wedding venue, so we know exactly how to make your day flow smoothly.

Base Price Includes:

• Wedding Planner (Regina) with 24 to 48 hour response time
• Up to four hours of dressing area use prior to ceremony (Two available)
• Coordinator to direct wedding, add light weight personal décor & do chair setup
• Optional Photography and Amenity Package Add-Ons to enhance your wedding experience
• Ceremony officiant (Deduct $175 if you use your own)
• LGBTQ friendly officiant available
• Use of any lower grounds ceremony location including indoor and covered if it rains
• Mountain meadow view for ceremony with 30 or fewer guests and / or photography by appointment for a specific time. If it rains during that time, we can adjust based on availability.
• Mountain meadow view can be secured for the day for a $500 fee and no other events will be booked there (It’s a separate location from our main grounds, but only a two-minute drive)
• Numerous locations for wedding photography on private grounds
• Most photography sites are within walking distance from each other
• Use of venue for ceremony & photography until dark

Photography

Add photography by on-site artists Regina or Sierra for $1000 for couples only or $1500 for a wedding with guests. Price includes photography up to one hour prior to ceremony, photos of the ceremony, family groups, and the two of you in up to three locations before darkness falls, and all images with copyright release after editing. Add $250 for photographs of the cake cutting and first dances if you also add the cake reception.

Horse Lovers Wedding Adventure $299

Our horses Sugar, Ben and Smoky love to show off for wedding pictures! Add this exciting experience to your wedding package for photos with our horses running behind you and approaching close enough to touch. Strictly for the two of you, it’s an unforgettable moment your photographer can capture in time forever. Your photographer must have a business license and be able to provide us with a copy of their liability insurance listing Honeysuckle Hills, LLC, as additionally insured. All our recommended photographers have already provided this requirement.

Wedding Cake Reception $2999

Includes use of our reception area for two specific hours, a two-tier wedding cake, one fruit tray, one veggie tray, and bottled drinks (sodas, teas & water) to serve up to 30 wedding guests. This is the perfect addition to enjoy things like toasts and first dances for a more traditional wedding experience. Our staff will do all set up and clean up, too!

On-Site Photographers

Sierra Bonneville
My daughter-in-law, Sierra, has photographed couples at our venue for well over five years now and has her own Instagram page @skbonnevillephotos. She specializes in weddings with smaller guest counts (30 or fewer) and has a light and airy style. She is well versed in off camera lighting in addition to mastery of natural light. You will especially love how she photographs the details of your wedding like the rings, invitations and bouquets. She also guides people through posing with the delicate nature of a butterfly.

Regina Starkey
Regina is the founder of Honeysuckle Hills with over twenty years of experience in professional photography, along with National Awards with PPA during her competing years of 2003 through 2012. Now the only awards she seeks are the smiles of happy couples like you! She masters off-camera lighting as well as natural light and does a mixture of story-telling and classic posing. She restricts photography commissions to couples only with a maximum of ten guests in order to have the most time to unleash creativity. Her style is described as true to color with a dash of artistry.
