If you want to have a wedding with family and friends traveling from all over the U. S. to a central meeting place in the Smoky Mountains but don’t want a reception, this package is for you. Most couples meet at a restaurant like The Park Grill or Old Mill afterward. Some choose to have their reception at a large cabin. (But yes, we have all-inclusive reception packages here, too.)

You’ll have plenty of time for you and all your wedding party to get ready in our dressing rooms and you’ll worry less about things like running behind because more time is included than needed as a buffer for the unexpected. Use as many of our beautiful photography sites as your maximum time period allows, prior to dark. I recommend saying goodbye to your family after the group photos and optional first dances to prevent interruptions and feeling like you’re being watched. Catch up with them at the restaurant or cabin reception site later.

This is pretty much a traditional wedding with enough time to include all the special events you wish to minus the dining, drinking and DJ. We’ll make sure it all runs smoothly, and you’ll feel like one of the “cousins” before you leave!

• Ceremony Officiant (Deduct $175 if you bring your own)
• Day of Wedding Coordinator
• Coordinator directs wedding, plays ceremony music & sets out personal décor you bring such as silk flowers for an arbor, favors, guest books, or pictures
• Our arbors are already decorated with greenery & white flowers
• Chair set up included
• Choose any of our ceremony sites that accommodate your guest count
• Covered and indoor areas in case it rains for ceremony & photos
• Ability to change arrival & ceremony time (no other weddings booked this day)
• Use any of our stunning photography sites (Mtn adventure site for couples only)
• Our Photographer includes up to six hours of coverage, copyright release & highlight slideshow / Coverage typically begins two hours before ceremony

• Abi, our in-house Notary is our most requested Officiant
• Regina welcomes & officiates LGBTQ weddings
• Horses running & approaching included with this package, adults only (deduct $299 to remove this option)
• Outside photographers must provide a copy of insurance listing Honeysuckle Hills, LLC as additionally insured for photos with our horses running & approaching close enough to touch
• Venue is handicap accessible EXCEPT for dressing rooms & chapel upstairs
