While this is our least booked package at Honeysuckle Hills, it tends to work beautifully for couples who want more control over vendors. I’ve found that couples who book this wedding package typically have a team of close family members and friends who want to be more “hands on” with the entire process.

A family staff member will be on property to set out chairs, coordinate the wedding and manage vendors. However, our services do not include setting out wedding décor such as favors & guest books or duties such as cutting and serving the cake.

You must use vendors with a business license and insurance who can provide us with a copy listing Honeysuckle Hills, LLC as additionally insured. No food drop-offs are permitted. You must use a caterer who will set up, break down, and maintain food at proper serving temperature. We have a staging area for caterers, but no kitchen.

• Tour and one hour rehearsal on a day before the wedding
• Access to our venue from 8am until 10pm on wedding day
• No other tours or events will be scheduled on our main grounds
• Guests recommended arriving one hour prior to ceremony
• Wedding planner not included (You’ll find all the vendors on your own)
• Use all vendors of your choice as long as they have a business license and can provide us with a copy of their liability insurance listing Honeysuckle Hills, LLC, as additionally insured
• Rehearsal & Day of Wedding Coordinator who also assists with itinerary

• Choice of any of our ceremony locations that accommodate your guest count
• Family Friendly Mountain view ceremony site max guest count of 50 / max of 12 cars in parking area
• Parking area on main grounds will accommodate all your guests
• Use of all our beautiful photo sites
• Mountain view adventure site for couples only pictures
• Tables, white tablecloths, beige or sage green runners, our centerpieces & seating for maximum of 75 guests
• Reception Area has heat & air
• You’ll set out any extra décor on your own (guest books, favors, pictures, etc.)
• Ceremony officiant not included, but we can add one for $175
• Male, Chrisitan officiants available
• Abi, our in-house Notary is our most requested Officiant
• Regina welcomes & officiates LGBTQ weddings
• Licensed and Insured bartender required to consume alcohol on property at any time
• Photography not included, but I have a list of exceptional local artists with packages between $1500 and $2500
