Each of our featured packages are based on the type of food served, your guest count, and either a half day or full day venue rental. Half day rental is access for six specific hours. Full day rental is access from 8am to 10pm. Both include a one hour rehearsal on a day before the wedding. You are welcome to use the photographer of your choice (Honeysuckle Hills photographer only available for elopement style weddings without a reception)

Our venue is best enjoyed with a guest count of 50 or fewer, and a maximum comfortable capacity of 75. The reception hall is open from mid-April through the first week of November, but dates are limited for weddings with over 50 guests during some months.

This wedding package is popular for couples who have smaller guest counts, but still want them to have something sweet to enjoy while they are having their photographs made.  Add Chef Tony’s picnic to this package to make it the perfect country wedding in the Smoky Mountains.

May not be available on some peak wedding Saturdays

Here’s how we will care for you with this package:

  • Scheduled tour and one hour rehearsal on a day before the wedding
  • Half day venue rental (Access at a designated time with exit six hours later) on wedding day
  • Your choice of ceremony location, including seating, with a back-up plan for rain

  • Wedding cake by Chef Tony to serve up to 30, buttercream design (upgrades to fondant available  Also includes, set-up, serving & clean-up
  • Bottled drinks of your choice to serve up to 30 total people
  • Add a sandwich tray with potato salad & finger foods by Chef Tony for $25 per person (15 person minimum)
  • Seating, tables, and linens (choice of white, chocolate brown or black)
  • A $175 credit at the florist for bouquets (can be removed if you prefer to bring your own)

This package has been a traditional favorite at our venue for several years.  You can never go wrong with a barbecue wedding reception in the country!  Includes food and cake for 30 guests, but options are available to add food for more people and upgrade to a full day rental.

  • Half day venue rental (Access at a designated time with exit six hours later) on wedding day

A step above the “Country Style” wedding package, this package is for couples with smaller guest counts but want a fuller wedding experience.  Even if you have fewer than 50 guests, It allows more time to enjoy reception activities, gives more choices for the reception menu, and includes a full day rental with access from 8am to 10pm.

  • One-hour rehearsal and drop off time for wedding items the day before
  • Access from 8am to 10pm on wedding day
  • Your choice of ceremony location with a back-up plan for rain (all ceremony sites have seating)

Build your own wedding package at Honeysuckle Hills:


Many couples ask if it’s possible to remove items from a package if they don’t need it.  In these cases, it may be easier to simply build your own package and pay for what you need and leave off what you don’t.

We do NOT recommend booking without the DJ service unless you replace it with another professional company.  Our coordinator cannot play music for you, and we do not have a sound system.  We do have wifi.

Outside caterers are permitted as long as they set up, maintain food at proper temperatures, and break down.  No food drop-offs or potluck style weddings are permitted here since we do not have a kitchen or food prep area.

You are not permitted to book a wedding here without the coordinator unless you already have another coordinating service booked.  We take great pride in the way we take care of our couples and their families and this is the heart of our fourteen year reputation.

Full day rental, $4500
Includes access to our venue from 8am to 10pm on wedding day, and a one hour rehearsal on a day before the wedding.  No other tours or appointments are permitted with a full day rental.

Coordinating fee for full day rental, $400
Coordinator will develop and implement and itinerary, direct the wedding and the rehearsal, set out any personal items you bring (such as guest books and wedding favors,) and work with vendors to make sure everything goes smoothly.  We will take as much burden from you and your family as possible.

Half day rental, $2999
This includes six specific hours of venue access.  For example, if you reserve 2pm to 8pm we will open the doors at 2pm and you will be required to cease wedding activities at 8pm.  Feel free to use some of your venue time to get dressed and ready in our bridal suite, or arrive ready to go for more activity time.  We will allow time to gather your personal belongings and change clothes when your venue time ends.  Half day rental also includes a one hour rehearsal on a day before the wedding.  While we only do one wedding per day at our venue, we may schedule a tour or bridal meeting prior to your access time.  We can change your venue rental start and end time to accommodate better weather conditions as long as you request it by 9am the morning of the wedding.

Coordinating fee for half day rental, $200

DJ service for ceremony through exit time, $900

Bouquet credits in any amount can be added to your wedding package.  We will set up an account for you in that exact amount at From the Heart Florist.  They will help you with your order and deliver on wedding day.  Bridal bouquets range from $100 to $150.  Bridesmaids bouquets range from $50 to $75, and boutonnieres average $20 each

A word about Honeysuckle Hills Photography:

Regina enjoys a more personal approach to hosting weddings at her farm.  Because of this, she does not provide her own photography for weddings with receptions since it’s too difficult to coordinate and photograph at the same time. Many couples schedule a bride and groom photography session on a separate day for the best of both worlds.  If you need a photographer for the day of your wedding, ask about their preferred list of photographers who specialize in large events such as www.donfieldsphotography.com
