The Honeysuckle Hills mini reception package is perfect for intimate gatherings of 30 people or fewer who want to celebrate in a less crowded atmosphere with the least amount of stress.  This is the only wedding we’ll host for the day, including a chef-made meal by Tony McClanahan of First Fruits Kitchen. Chef Tony will help you choose items personally, then deliver and set up the buffet on your wedding day.  There’s just enough venue time for your ceremony, reception, and plenty of photography (whether you use one of our recommended photographers or bring your own.) As your day-of-wedding coordinator, I’ll make sure your family feels welcome and everyone knows what to do and when.

  • One hour rehearsal on a day before the wedding
  • 7 hours of venue access on wedding day (3 hours for dressing areas & 4 hours for wedding activities)
  • Only wedding booked for the day

  • $375 Bouquet Credit at From the Heart Florist
  • $1200 credit with First Fruits Kitchen for food & cake (We will deduct amount not used or add if you go over, can also be completely deducted to use caterer of your choice)   
  • Bartender’s services for beer and wine, & charcuterie (alcohol sold separately)
  • DJ for four hours
  • Option with photographer includes five hours & all images with copyright release 
  • No charge for optional add-on for horses running & approaching

Don Fields Photography

A husband and wife team, Don and Melissa Fields have been photographers for well over 20 years.  Their lighting & posing are exquisite with a true-to-color, classic feel.  Don is especially known for his use of foreground and layering for depth.

 

Nunn Photography

Another husband wife team, Jessica and Garrett can be booked together or separately.  Jessica is Don and Melissa Field’s daughter, continuing the legacy for excellence.  Their style is light and airy, and they are especially known for keeping the wedding vibe joyful and upbeat.

 

Sample Itinerary for this package

2:00pm            Access to dressing areas for hair & makeup

                           Included stylists will meet you at the venue

 

4:00pm           Photography begins (if you chose the option with photographer)

                         (If you bring our own photographer they can start any time)

                         Dress, rings, bouquet & getting ready images

 

5:00pm          Ceremony (I’ll direct your wedding & DJ Chris will play your music)

 

5:30pm          Photography time for family groups & the two of you

                        Bar opens / Charcuterie provided

 

6:00pm         DJ Introductions

 

6:05pm          Cake Cutting photo (I’ll cut & serve as needed later)

6:10pm            Buffet Opens

 

7:00pm            Toasts

 

7:15pm             First Dances

 

7:30pm           More photo time for the two of you if desired with the “sweet light”

 

8:00pm          Couple returns to socialize with guests

 

8:15pm            Last call for alcohol
