Getting married in the mountains of Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg is the best choice you’ll ever make. Based on 19 years of hosting weddings, I’ve created three elopement packages at my venue called Honeysuckle Hills to take care of the most important things you need for a memorable, stress-free event. Each one was designed to fit a particular budget or desired experience. Some are short and sweet like our “Simply I Do” and Mini Weddings, while the Luxury Elopement includes more time and amenities.
I think you’ll love our personal family approach, the variety of ceremony and photography locations, and our back-up plan in case it rains. It’s important to me that you feel welcome and enjoy your wedding from start to finish.

Simply I Do
- Least Expensive Package, Easy & Uncomplicated
- Best for just the couple, but maximum of FOUR guests as a courtesy
- Significant discount for last minute, within a week of the wedding date
- 30 min max from ceremony to exit. Ceremonies average 10 minutes
- Officiant included
- We book more than one Simply I Do each day, but not at the same time
- Arrive dressed & ready to walk down the aisle no earlier than 30 minutes prior to ceremony
- Choice of ceremony location made upon arrival / Adventure site not included
- Use Indoor or covered areas for ceremony or photos if it rains
- No ceremony music, extra décor, sand ceremony, etc. (simple & economical is the motto)
- Optional use of hexagon and cross arbor is NOT included
- Venue is wedding ready with greenery & white flowers on existing arbors / seating included
- Priced with and without Professional Photography / Our photographer includes copyright
- Officiant happy to take a few mobile phone snapshots after ceremony
- Bring your own Photographer within the time period listed above
- Locations during your 30 min of time must be EITHER main grounds OR mountain view
- Photos with horses NOT available with this package
- Typically fills our last-minute openings, peak dates not available for advance booking
The Mini Wedding
- Mid-Range Pricing, More time for photos & other traditional wedding expectations
- Our most-booked wedding package in 2023 and 2024
- We book more than one mini wedding each day, but not at the same time
- Officiant included, but discounted if you bring your own
- Wedding director included to guide everyone, direct ceremony & play ceremony music
- Three package choices based on dressing room & venue time
- Ultimately choose your mini based on the time you desire for photos & events like first dances instead of the guest count. Every situation is unique.
- Intimate Touch includes 30 minutes dressing area time, one hour from ceremony to exit, optional professional photos begin with ceremony, Max 10 guests
- Mini Wedding Plus includes 45 minutes dressing area time, one and a half hour from ceremony to exit, optional professional photos begin with ceremony, Max 25 guests
- Mini Wedding Deluxe includes an hour of dressing area time, two hours from ceremony to exit, optional professional photos begin 30 minutes before ceremony, Max 40 guests
- Arrive with hair & makeup complete, use dressing areas to change (see times above)
- Visit scheduled on a day before the wedding to choose ceremony site & go over details
- Use any ceremony site that accommodates your guest count, seating included / adventure site for couples only
- Use indoor or covered areas for ceremony & photos if it rains
- Optional use of hexagon and cross arbor only included with Mini Wedding Deluxe
- Not enough time to bring personal décor like guest books, pictures, or favors

Luxury Elopements
- Higher investment for the best wedding experience we offer with an emphasis on creative photography and feeling pampered
- This is the only wedding we book for the day
- Mountain Adventure max 10 guests / Family & Friends Max 50 guests
- Family & Friends package discount for 25 or fewer guests
- Use of dressing areas for hair & makeup prior to ceremony
- Officiant included, but discounted if you bring your own
- Wedding director included to guide everyone, direct ceremony & play ceremony music
- Hair & makeup, credit for bouquets and wedding cake for photos included, but can be removed
- Photos with horses running & approaching included, but can be removed
- Mountain Adventure includes up to four hours of dressing room time
- Family & Friends includes access to dressing areas any time after 8am
- One hour rehearsal scheduled on a day before the wedding for Family & Friends package, drop off wedding attire or personal decorations
- Visit scheduled on a day before wedding for Mountain Adventure to choose ceremony site, go over details & drop off wedding attire or personal decorations
- More time included with this package than you’ll actually use for more flexibility with weather & people running late
- Option to change ceremony / photo time for the best weather conditions
- Use any ceremony site that accommodates your guest count, seating included / adventure site for couples only
- Change ceremony time or pause to wait out bad weather, or use covered and indoor areas
- Coordinator will play ceremony & first dance music on Bluetooth speaker
- Optional use of hexagon and cross arbor included
- Venue is wedding ready with greenery & white flowers on existing arbors / seating included
- Coordinator will set out any personal décor that can be lifted by hand (silk flowers, guest books, signs, pictures, favors, etc.)
- Priced with and without Professional Photography / Our photographer includes copyright & highlight slideshow
- Bring your own Photographer within the time listed above
- Use any of our ceremony or photo locations within the time included in package / Adventure Site for Couples Only
- Our venue closes at dark
