Last Minute Wedding Deals
Did you just decide to take a road trip to the Pigeon Forge Smoky Mountains and get married? You’re not alone! With the high cost of living right now, many couples are opting for a spontaneous, low-cost wedding. Some of you may simply need to be marred right now, but are saving up for the “big wedding” later.
Because I live on our family land where Honeysuckle Hills is located, I can personally offer last minute deals to save you money. These packages are significantly cheaper than our regular offerings, so book them with the understanding that the services provided include shorter times and specific vendors. I offer them to fill “holes” in our schedule as well as lend a helping hand.
Restrictions apply to these last-minute wedding deals. “Simply I Do” and “Mountain Reception BBQ Reception” can only be booked within three months of the wedding date. “Regina’s Trinity Trillium” is only available in July through September of 2026. They are not customizable, and must be booked strictly as listed. The only exception would be the optional removal of the officiant, photographer, and bouquet credit in the Mountain Wedding BBQ reception.
Availability for one of our last-minute deals in the months of April, May and June and especially October is slim. Not only are these months our most popular, but we only book a certain number of weddings each week. Regardless of the month, we will not “squeeze in” a last-minute deal if our weekly schedule is already full. It never hurts to check to see if we’ve had a last-minute cancellation, though!
Spoiler warning: Our venue has more beautiful places to take wedding photos than any other. Not only that, but you’ll get lost in a real-time daydream exploring our venue’s gardens and history. If you’re worried about not having enough time at our venue with one of these last-minute offerings, I recommend booking one of our regular wedding packages instead. (You will be held strictly to the venue times and amenities listed in the wedding deals.)

While this budget-friendly package doesn’t include our full-service, ‘all-hands-on-deck’ care, you still get full access to our gorgeous garden surroundings, stunning photo backdrops, and wedding-ready space! Please book with realistic expectations regarding our team’s hands-on involvement. If you plan to hold a reception here, we highly recommend adding extra venue time so you can relax and enjoy the scenery.
This is my way of helping during our country’s inflationary period. Because my son is a firefighter, I offer a $300 discount (on this specific package only) if you’re a firefighter, first responder, or military. Thank you for your service!

• Additional hours of venue time $300 per hour, max total rental time 8 hours
• Complimentary ceremony officiant, Regina (TN Notary)
• Book your own officiant independently if desired
• Access to Bluetooth speaker for any music played
• You’re responsible for for timeline management, directing ceremony & optional addition of personal decor
• Day of wedding coordinator is not included in this package, but you may hire one on your own
• Add $225 cleaning fee if reception area is used (It’s set up and ready always)
• No potluck style receptions! You must use a food vendor who will set up, maintain food at the proper temperature, stay during the buffet service and break down
• Any vendors used must provide certificate of insurance
