How to Customize Your Perfect Elopement at Honeysuckle Hills

Whether it’s just the two of you, or up to 30 of your family and friends, our custom elopements allow you to make all the choices.  No more asking, “Where” or “How?”  Each of the packages below offer the perfect amount of time for you to change, walk down the aisle among our beautiful gardens, and have a romantic photo session.  (We have more places to take photos than any other venue.) You’ll even get to choose your photographer and officiant, based on their availability, to match your style and personality.  From there, you have the option to add things like hair & makeup, a bouquet, wedding cake, or even a small reception.

Think of us as your “Goldilocks” venue. We are the perfect sweet spot between expensive luxury estates that require a day’s booking and tiny, rushed commercial chapels or unpredictable National Park weddings. Exceptional VALUE for those dollars spent!

Why Honeysuckle Hills is Different

Honeysuckle Hills is completely different from a small chapel, designated National Park space, and even to venues of similar size to us.  Our gardens and scenery provide more places than any other to take photos.  Additionally, our lovely atmosphere encourages guests to explore, linger, and enjoy each other’s company.  Venues of similar size to us often require a full day’s rental.  While you absolutely can book a day with us, our custom elopement packages include just the right amount of time for your unique needs.

Our venue is wedding ready with pleasing decor, instead of an empty room.  This means you’ll save money, stress, and the time it takes to set everything up in an empty space.

Honeysuckle Hills has two back-up ceremony sites in case of bad weather, ready at a moment’s notice.  Still want to dance in the rain?  I’ll reach you two clear umbrellas and smile as I watch your photographer capture that unforgettable memory!

Our reception space is cozy and inviting.  Your guests will appreciate the convenience of celebrating with you here instead of sitting in traffic traveling from one place to another.  Plus, there’s no set up, clean up or worrying about who is making sure your vendors will actually be there.  Your included coordinator will take care of that for you!

Let’s Build Your Perfect Elopement in 4 Simple Steps

The secret to a flawless micro-elopement at Honeysuckle Hills is understanding that TIME is your most important ingredient. While you won’t need an entire, expensive full-day booking, you will want to give yourselves a little more time than a commercial chapel or National Park wedding allows. Our property is an experience; filled with rich history, natural beauty, and an enchanting atmosphere that naturally encourages you and your guests to linger, breathe, and take it all in. We don’t just host your ceremony; we give you a space where you actually want to stay and savor the moment.

Every base package gives you a 45-minute walk-through on a day prior to the wedding, a Ceremony Officiant, and a Wedding Director (who handles chair setup, puts out light personal decor, directs the ceremony, and runs your music via a Bluetooth speaker).

Choose your package based on your target guest count first.  Each package includes the average time you’ll need to get dressed and have a heart-felt ceremony followed by wedding photos.  If your vision includes first looks, first dances, or a small reception, we have optional upgrades to elevate your experience.

Here’s how to tell if you need more time

Choose the next package up (even if lists a higher guest count than you’ll have) if you want:

• Extra dressing room time for gowns with corsets or multiple buttons, or you have a larger wedding party

• Special moments like a private vow reading, cake cutting, first looks, or first dances (especially if you want to do all these things)

• A long list of creative, must-have photo locations or use of props (smoke bombs, fire, rain, etc.)

• Enhanced Attendance (36–50 guests): If your guest count climbs between 36 and 50 people, we’ll add a fee that upgrades to a full one-hour rehearsal on a day before, an assistant for the wedding coordinator, and 30 more minutes of venue time.  This required fee protects your peace of mind and keeps the day stress-free.

Step 2: Add Your Optional Enhancements

Elevate your celebration by selecting custom, on-site upgrades 

Add hair and makeup, a bouquet and boutonniere, photos with our horses, or even a reception!  These options are all listed in our price guide and booking form.

Step 3: Submit Your Booking Form

Once you submit your booking request, here is how the process works:

1. Within 24 Hours: You will receive an email with an invoice for your first 1/3 payment. You will also get access to your personalized wedding app, which maps out all your itineraries and vendor details.

2. Final Payments: Your remaining invoices are automatically split and sent at 60 days and 14 days before the wedding.

3. Rescheduling: All payments are non-refundable, regardless of the reason. However, we allow you to reschedule your date one time based entirely on our current availability.

Honeysuckle Tradition

I’m Regina, and I look forward to helping you plan your special day!  Couples just like you have helped me carry on a legacy of love for the past 20 years.  At one time my venue was a working farm where my Daddy raised cattle and tobacco.  As much as I enjoyed growing up here, I sure do enjoy weddings more than farming!

My venue’s down-to-earth love for the simple things in life attracts outdoor lovers, travelers, adventurers, hunters, fishers, hikers, all skin colors, faiths, LGBTQ, and free spirited souls with an abundance of respect for diversity.
