Having spent the early days of my career as a wedding photographer fighting disorganized timelines and lackluster backdrops, I created Honeysuckle Hills 20 years ago out of a passion to give you the exact opposite: effortless flow and unmatched beauty. I also know every couple has a different budget and wedding dream. Our customizable options empower you to build an elopement package that is uniquely yours.

The secret to a flawless micro-elopement at Honeysuckle Hills is understanding that TIME is your most important ingredient. While you won’t need an entire, expensive full-day booking, you will want to give yourselves a little more time than a commercial chapel or National Park wedding allows. Our property is an experience; filled with rich history, natural beauty, and an enchanting atmosphere that naturally encourages you and your guests to linger, breathe, and take it all in. We don’t just host your ceremony; we give you a space where you actually want to stay and savor the moment.

Every base package gives you a 45-minute walk-through on a day prior to the wedding, a Ceremony Officiant, and a Wedding Director (who handles chair setup, puts out light personal decor, directs the ceremony, and runs your music via a Bluetooth speaker).

⚠️ Do You Need to Upgrade to a Longer Package?

Don’t cram grand expectations into an unrealistic timeline. Choose at least the next package up if you want:

• Extra dressing room time to slip into an intricate dress or let multiple bridesmaids get ready.
• Special moments like a private vow reading, cake cutting, or a first dance.
• A ceremony at our Mountain Meadow or Mountain Adventure Site.
• A long checklist of creative, must-have photo locations.
• Firm Guest Count Rule (36–50 guests): If your guest count climbs between 36 and 50 people, a mandatory higher guest count fee applies. This adds an assistant coordinator and an extra 30 minutes of venue time to protect your peace of mind and keep the day stress-free.*

Step 2: Add Your Optional Enhancements

Elevate your celebration by selecting custom, on-site upgrades built right into our booking form:

• On-Site Hair & Makeup: $500 per person (Includes $225 for hair & makeup by the Summer Lynn Beauty Team and $225 for the required extra venue/dressing room time). We can also help schedule off-site styling at your cabin or hotel to save money!
• Charcuterie, Mocktails & BYOB: $1000 (Generously feeds up to 30 guests).
• The Horse Session: $299 * Capture unforgettable photos with our beautiful horses running free around you and approaching close enough to touch! (Adults only; payable day-of, weather permitting).*
• Custom Cakes & Bouquets: Available to select and price directly inside the booking form.

💡 Our 100% Transparent Pricing Formula

We believe in absolute clarity. Every custom package is priced using this exact base formula:
• Venue Rental: $1,000 per hour
• Wedding Coordinator & Walk-Through: $100 per hour
• Ceremony Officiant: $225
• Professional Photographer (with copyright release): $500 per hour
• Cleaning fee (when food is served) $225
🎖️ Military & First Responder Appreciation Discount We are deeply grateful for your service! Active-duty OR retired military, veterans, and first responders receive a $300 discount on any elopement package

Step 3: Submit Your Booking Form

Once you submit your booking request, here is how the process works:

1. Within 24 Hours: You will receive an email with an invoice for your first 1/3 payment. You will also get access to your personalized wedding app, which maps out all your itineraries and vendor details.
2. Final Payments: Your remaining invoices are automatically split and sent at 60 days and 14 days before the wedding.
3. Rescheduling: All payments are non-refundable, regardless of the reason. However, we allow you to reschedule your date one time based entirely on our current availability.

I’m Regina, and I look forward to helping you plan your special day!  Couples just like you have helped me carry on a legacy of love for the past 20 years.  At one time my venue was a working farm where my Daddy raised cattle and tobacco.  As much as I enjoyed growing up here, I sure do enjoy weddings more than farming!

My venue’s down-to-earth love for the simple things in life attracts outdoor lovers, travelers, adventurers, hunters, fishers, hikers, all skin colors, faiths, LGBTQ, and free spirited souls with an abundance of respect for diversity.
