Granite Stone Wedding Arch

An outdoor ceremony site for up to 15 Guests

Get married at our elegant granite stone archway, located on the main grounds within a minute’s walk from the barn’s exit. Mostly obscured by a crepe myrtle tree, it is a garden feature that delightfully surprises our guests as they explore the five-acre space surrounding the barn.

In late April, the purple garden phlox begins the seasonal blooms. By late June zinnia, cosmos, cone flowers and cleomes attract butterflies and songbirds to this fairy-tale setting. This is our least shaded photography and ceremony site in the summer, so choose it as late in the day as possible for the months of June through August.  By mid-September the shade is more abundant by 2pm.  The wildflower blooms last until the first frost, which varies from early to late October. Our creek flows year round just behind the stone archway.

This lovely arch always has greenery, making it a wedding ready ceremony site with little to fuss over.   The maximum guest count is 15 because of its smaller space.  The arch was originally built as an accent to the wildflower garden for photographers. It didn’t take long until couples begged for an opportunity to get married there. This site is best for smaller wedding parties, too, because of the unique landscaping that creates a cozy garden vibe. The place where bridesmaids typically stand has enough room for only one or two people, but the right-hand side has room for many more.

Honeysuckle Tradition

I’m Regina, and I look forward to helping you plan your special day!  Couples just like you have helped me carry on a legacy of love for the past 20 years.  At one time my venue was a working farm where my Daddy raised cattle and tobacco.  As much as I enjoyed growing up here, I sure do enjoy weddings more than farming!

My venue’s down-to-earth love for the simple things in life attracts outdoor lovers, travelers, adventurers, hunters, fishers, hikers, all skin colors, faiths, LGBTQ, and free spirited souls with an abundance of respect for diversity.

I can’t wait to celebrate your unique love story!
