Choosing Your June 2025 Wedding Date

June is a very popular month to get married in the Smoky Mountains, booking about nine months out for weekend weddings. Its popularity is mainly because kids are out of school, and tourist season begins in the Smoky Mountains. June weddings with receptions feel more like family reunions, lasting until fireflies light up the mountain ridges. The willow tree’s lights flicker and sway to the beat of the DJ’s dance music in our Creekside pavilion.

Temperatures in June average the mid to high 80’s, with lower 90’s possible. The humidity level is high, but not quite as bad as July and August. I recommend a 6pm ceremony time in June to take advantage of the coolest part of the day.

The most popular wedding dates in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg for the month of June in 2025 will be the 7th, 14th, 20th, and 21st. Summer solstice occurs on June 20th, so that weekend will be the most sought after of all. June is Pride month, and yes, we welcome LGTBQ couples at the Honeysuckle Hills wedding venue!
